Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to FontGoblin. By creating an account, generating fonts, downloading fonts, buying credits, joining a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

FontGoblin is operated by Nemo. References to FontGoblin, we, us, or our mean the service and its operator.

If you use FontGoblin for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for your account, sign-in methods, activity, and keeping your contact information accurate. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

FontGoblin may use product credits for generation, exports, downloads, language support, or other actions. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or gift card, and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or product errors.

Prices, plans, features, credit amounts, included benefits, and eligible uses may change for future purchases, renewals, or product actions. Taxes may apply based on your location and the transaction.

Curated fonts explicitly marked free commercial may be used commercially at no cost under the license record issued with the download.

Free accounts do not receive commercial rights for premium, paid, private-use, or unmarked catalog fonts unless the font listing, license record, or product controls expressly say commercial use is included.

If your account has an active paid subscription, you may receive commercial licenses for eligible premium or catalog fonts downloaded while the subscription is active, under the subscription terms and product controls shown at the time.

For fonts you generate through FontGoblin, you receive a perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use the generated font files you create, subject to these terms, product limits, credit use for generation or export, payment status, and any third-party rights.

License records, product labels, included formats, eligible uses, and commercial tiers may be updated as FontGoblin evolves. Unless we say otherwise, changes apply to future downloads, renewals, purchases, public listings, marketplace activity, and use after the updated terms take effect.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, FontGoblin and its licensors retain all rights in the service, brand, interface, marketplace, platform assets, underlying technology, generation systems, templates, workflows, models, datasets, and reusable methods.

You keep any rights you already have in your prompts, uploads, names, samples, sketches, references, and other inputs. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to submit them and use the resulting font.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and to operate, protect, improve, promote, and monetize FontGoblin, you grant FontGoblin a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, reproduce, render, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, display, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, promote, and otherwise commercially use generated fonts, font files, specimens, previews, metadata, and related outputs created through the service.

This platform license continues even if you delete a font, make a font private, close your account, or stop using the service, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Private visibility controls limit ordinary public listing in the product, but they do not limit FontGoblin's license to use generated outputs commercially, enforce these terms, maintain records, support existing licenses, or protect the service.

If you publish a font, create a marketplace listing, or make a font public, FontGoblin may make it available to other users and visitors under the listing, download, marketplace, or license terms shown for that font. Removing or privatizing a public font does not cancel licenses, downloads, cached copies, indexing, transactions, or rights already granted before removal.

We may adjust visibility options, sharing defaults, download rules, license templates, and marketplace settings for generated fonts when needed for product, safety, legal, technical, or commercial reasons.

FontGoblin may monetize generated fonts and related outputs through subscriptions, credits, downloads, marketplace listings, bundles, ads, promotions, licensing, sublicensing, partnerships, datasets, platform features, or other commercial programs.

FontGoblin decides, in its discretion, whether a font or listing is eligible for discovery, download, promotion, paid distribution, bundling, licensing, sublicensing, or other commercial programs. We may change eligibility, pricing, ranking, packaging, placement, availability, and program rules over time.

Unless we offer and you accept separate creator revenue-share terms, FontGoblin does not owe royalties, accounting, attribution, approval rights, exclusivity, or payment for using, promoting, distributing, licensing, or monetizing generated fonts and related outputs.

FontGoblin may reject, remove, reclassify, downrank, edit metadata for, or restrict monetization of fonts or listings that appear infringing, unsafe, deceptive, low quality, duplicative, abusive, or inconsistent with product standards.

You are responsible for prompts, names, samples, tags, listings, uploads, references, and other content you submit. You grant FontGoblin permission to host, process, display, modify, distribute, commercialize, and create derivative works from that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, promote, monetize, and support the service.

If you make a font or listing public, other users and visitors may view, like, download, save, remix, license, purchase, or otherwise interact with it according to product controls and account rights.

• Do not submit content that violates law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contract rights.
• Do not submit confidential, restricted, or third-party material unless you have permission for FontGoblin to process, generate from, and commercially use it under these terms.
• Do not ask FontGoblin to clone, imitate, or pass off a protected brand, logo, trademark, typeface, font file, creator style, or other third-party asset in a way that could confuse people or violate rights.
• Do not use FontGoblin to create, distribute, or promote hateful, harassing, deceptive, exploitative, or unlawful material.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape at scale, probe security, or misuse authentication, credits, referrals, payments, or downloads.
• Do not imply FontGoblin endorses your work without written permission.

Public areas, profiles, listings, names, samples, and support conversations must stay respectful, lawful, and suitable for a creative product community. We may remove content, limit distribution, or suspend access when conduct harms users, creators, the service, or public trust.

Marketplace listings should accurately describe the font, avoid misleading tags or claims, and only include content you are allowed to submit. We may edit, downrank, reject, unpublish, or remove listings that are duplicative, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, low quality, spammy, or inconsistent with these terms.

If FontGoblin offers promoted placements, sponsorships, affiliate links, experiments, or ads, they may be labeled or ranked according to product controls. Paid placement does not override safety, listing quality, intellectual property, or acceptable-use requirements.

If you believe content on FontGoblin infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you are authorized to act. We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a report.

Repeated infringement, bad-faith reports, evasion, or attempts to repost removed material can lead to account limits or termination.

We aim to make FontGoblin usable and understandable across devices, input methods, and assistive technologies. If something is difficult to access, contact support with the page, device, browser, and assistive technology involved so we can review it.

AI-assisted results can be unpredictable, incomplete, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing generated fonts, names, samples, and metadata before using or publishing them, especially for commercial projects.

FontGoblin does not promise that generated fonts are unique, exclusive, registrable, non-infringing, or available for trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges. Commercial access and included credits can end when a subscription ends, is refunded, or is reversed.

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. We may deny refunds connected to abuse, excessive use, chargeback fraud, policy violations, or consumed digital services except where law requires otherwise.

FontGoblin may change, suspend, limit, rename, reprice, replace, or discontinue features, plans, credits, listings, model providers, license templates, marketplace programs, commercial-use rules, visibility controls, or availability.

We may update these terms and product rules from time to time, including for legal, safety, abuse-prevention, business, technical, partner, payment, or product-development reasons. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

If a change materially affects a paid service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice or a practical transition path where appropriate. We may apply changes immediately when needed to address law, security, fraud, abuse, third-party rights, platform integrity, or service availability.

FontGoblin is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FontGoblin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
