Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for FontGoblin credit packs, subscriptions, and digital font services. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If you are not satisfied with a paid credit pack or first subscription charge, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We may refund the unused portion, provide a full refund when appropriate, or offer account credit.

Credits used for generation, exports, downloads, language support, or other completed digital actions are generally non-refundable unless the service failed, the charge was unauthorized, or applicable law requires a refund. If a paid job fails before producing a usable result, the related credits are restored; failed attempts can still count toward safety, rate-limit, and abuse-prevention controls.

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Refunds for subscription periods already started are reviewed case by case. If a subscription refund is granted, related commercial access and included credits may be removed or adjusted.

• Email support@fontgoblin.ai from the account email used for purchase.
• Include the purchase date, order or receipt ID, amount, and a brief description of the issue.
• We may ask for more information to confirm account ownership, transaction status, or service failure.

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment processor controls when the credit appears on your statement.

We may deny refunds, suspend accounts, remove credits, or limit service access when we detect refund abuse, excessive consumed usage, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or attempts to bypass product limits.
