This Privacy Policy applies to FontGoblin, operated by Nemo.

We collect the information needed to run FontGoblin, including account details, sign-in information, prompts, generation settings, generated font metadata, library activity, marketplace interactions, support messages, waitlist submissions, purchase records, and technical data such as device, browser, log, and usage information.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. FontGoblin receives transaction status, receipt, plan, subscription, and support information rather than full card numbers.

• Provide accounts, font generation, libraries, downloads, marketplace discovery, subscriptions, and support.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, credits, usage balances, and fraud prevention checks.
• Improve quality, safety, performance, reliability, product development, marketplace ranking, commercial programs, and abuse prevention.
• Create, render, promote, license, distribute, monetize, and support generated fonts, specimens, previews, marketplace listings, public pages, and related product features according to the Terms of Service.
• Send service messages, policy updates, receipts, support replies, and opt-in product communications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Font prompts, style choices, language settings, uploaded references, generated outputs, and related generation context may be processed by FontGoblin and AI model providers to create font metadata, previews, files, specimens, and related outputs. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, or third-party content you are not allowed to use and commercially license under the Terms of Service.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, app state, checkout flow, abuse prevention, and analytics when enabled. You can control browser storage in your browser settings, but some features may stop working if required storage is blocked.

Public fonts, marketplace listings, creator names, tags, samples, previews, public profile details, and related public activity can be indexed, shared, copied, cached, or viewed by other users and visitors. Removing public content from FontGoblin may not remove copies already stored by search engines, browsers, or third parties.

Public visibility settings affect ordinary product display, but generated fonts and related outputs may still be retained and used as described in the Terms of Service, including for service operation, legal compliance, commercial programs, and existing license records.

We share information with service providers that help operate FontGoblin, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support, payment processing, email delivery, security, and AI generation providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

Public fonts, marketplace listings, creator names, tags, samples, and related public activity can be visible to other users and visitors.

• Update account and library information from the product where available.
• Choose private visibility for supported generated fonts before publishing.
• Opt out of marketing messages by using unsubscribe controls or contacting support.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or portability by contacting us.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

Security reports can be sent to support. Please do not access, alter, destroy, disclose, or exfiltrate another user's data while reporting a suspected issue.

FontGoblin is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

FontGoblin may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have data protection rules different from the rules in your location.
